Mother’s Day

As most of you know, Mother’s Day is just around the corner. A day just for moms! When I think of my mother, I remember how kind and loving she is. I remember patience, and honesty. But most of all, I remember love. I have this precious memory of her, we just came from a mall, my dad was at home, resting, I think, because he was sick that day. so, we had to commute. On the way home, I felt hungry and so we stopped at a Tapsilogan to eat. I ordered and my mom ordered and we were already eating. Then, this street child came near us and begged for food. My mom just started eating that time and yet she gave her food to the child. I never forget that memory. I have held that until today. It reminds me of her love. And I am so grateful because the day before Mother’s Day is her birthday. She is turning 46 on Friday, May 7!

Mama, I know we always say this a lot but I just wanna tell you again how much I love you. I honor you before all people and before the Lord.
